The management's most important daily tasks are to ensure that all guests feel welcome and have a good experience. Financial management and administrative tasks they have chosen to get external help for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>I can say without exaggeration that it would have been a huge challenge for us to manage the food market without the help and support of the very competent people we work with at TOC. In 2021, the number of visitors reached approximately 180,000 and the expectation is to reach a quarter of a million visitors in the 2022 season. In addition, Gry Brix says that the close collaboration with TOC has meant that she can sleep well at night, knowing that the finances, insurance and much more are under control.
