Insula Fersk Fisk and Dansk Cater collaborate with Thorup Strand on environmentally friendly fishing.
The method optimally preserves the freshness, structure and taste of the fish. At the same time, Insula collaborates with 8 fishing boats from Thorup Strand, which fish gently and sustainably.
